FEE
All fees are to be paid by cash or check at the time of the service.
For clients with insurance, Dr. Bowler contracts with United Behavioral Healthcare (UBH) as well as other
companies that use UBH to provide their behavioral health services (i.e. outpatient psychotherapy). If you
have one of these insurance companies, you are responsible only for an office copay and can pay at the time
of visit. For those clients with other insurance carriers, Dr. Bowler can provide you with a monthly statement
of the clinical charges so you can be reimbursed directly by your particular insurance company.
