In our lives, our future belongs to us, so we ought to know how and why we make the decisions we make and how and why we choose the choices we make.
In my private psychotherapy office in Chelsea, Manhattan, I use time-honored techniques honed through a variety of clinical experiences to help you figure out how to best solve your problems and attain a higher level of functioning. I see crises as opportunities that can make us better if we are smart about how we handle them.
As an active therapist who offers feedback, I ask you thoughtful questions about what change might look like to you as well as solutions you may not have thought of on your own. I always add a bit of my own personal therapeutic style as well.
