Stress management and stress reduction.

Life is stressful!  You don't need to be a rocket-scientist to understand that statement.  And
stress is actually a normal response sometimes as it is part of our bodies physiological way
of adapting to our surrounding environment.  Usually when we are stressed, there is a reason
and an identifiable cause or causes.  Jobs, Careers, Marriages, Divorces, Commutes,
Families, Vacations, Holidays, and Celebrations can all be very stressful.  There is even
something called "eustress", which is stress about events that are positive yet stressful just
the same (starting a new job, getting married, starting a family, etc.).  

But stress does not have to overtake us.  Therapy can provide a number of helpful and
productive options for coping and making the most of our stress to propel us forward and
thrive while maintaining a healthy balance of body and mind.
