When we are without, looking within can help.
This is my perspective. This is what I believe.
Looking within can help us uncover the reasons for our sadness, anger, guilt, and shame.
It can help us understand why we are the way we are.
Looking within can help us recall moments when we've shone, grown, and succeeded.
It can also help us face the times when we've haven't.
Looking within can help us remember the dreams we've conceived, visualized, realized, and lost, and can allow us to consciously decide what to do with our dreams with our eyes wide open.
Looking within can help us confront our well-meaning attempts at change and our successes and failures at doing so.
It can help us illuminate why.
Looking within can help us become open enough to truly appreciate our own level of willingness to try another way.
Looking within is an important step toward change.
It is an exciting step. It is a scary step. It is a conscious step.
It is a step with far-reaching outcomes.
I believe that change is within the realm of possibility for each of us.
This is my perspective. This is what I believe.
